Do you help homes as well as businesses?
Yes — both. A lot of small businesses started with us as a home customer, and we keep that same straightforward approach whether it's one router or a whole office network.
Can you take over support for an existing setup?
Absolutely. We regularly pick up where another shop or in-house person left off. We figure out what's there, identify gaps, and keep things running — no rebuild unless something's actually broken.
Do you offer remote support, or only on-site?
Both. Most everyday issues get handled remotely, often within minutes. For hardware swaps, installs, or anything physical, we come on-site.
What's the service area?
Primarily the Poconos and Northeast PA for on-site work. Remote support is available anywhere.
